Three places to visit in 2019

With the new year just around the corner it is time to start planning your holidays for the year ahead! There are so many countries that are worth visiting that it can be hard to decide where to go, so we have put together a list of three places to visit in 2019 which we believe should be at the top of your list! 

Sri Lanka 

One of the reasons you really need to visit Sri Lanka in 2019 is to see its wildlife which you can discover in one of its 14 National Parks. With around 91 different mammals to spot any animal lover will have an amazing time in Sri Lanka!

If you are looking for a cultural trip you won’t be disappointed. With 6 UNESCO archaeological World Heritage Sites to explore Sri Lanka offers plenty to see if you want to discover some of the country's history, and you will find everything from temples to ruined cities.

Panama

One of the most famous landmarks in Panama is the Panama Canal, an engineering marvel that spans a 48 mile artificial waterway connecting the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. You can view this sight from a boat tour and it is truly a once in a lifetime experience.

If you enjoy a good cup of coffee you will be more than happy in Panama. The combination of sunlight,  humidity and altitude mean that lots of different aromas are produced and one of these is know as the “champagne of coffees" due to how prestigious and expensive it is.

Indonesia 

Head to Indonesia in 2019 for some of the best scuba diving and snorkelling experiences in the world. Home to 20% of the world’s coral reefs, Indonesia is ideal for both beginners and more experienced divers, and you may even spot a shipwreck or two!

There is also loads of delicious food to try in this country, including lamb and chicken satay dishes, and famous rice dish Nasi Goreng.
