One of the best ways to relax in Reykjavik is to take a dip in one of the city’s relaxing thermal pools. Not only is this a great way to unwind in a purely natural environment, but it is also a big part of Iceland’s culture that just has to be enjoyed by visitors.

Although there are hot springs throughout Reykjavik there are certain ones which have been transformed into pools that are safe to bathe in, as they are actually too hot if they have not been mixed with cold water.
